Return and Refund
Bukiebox will offer a full refund minus your shipping costs. Returns will be handled within 7 working days from receiving the return. Please return all items in its original packaging box and with the original hangtags within 14 days of receipt. Bukiebox will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.
Please note that 1 Bukiebox counts as 1 product. Therefore a return of a Bukiebox must include all original items it was shipped with (except if you have a defect item in your box, go to the section below regarding defect items). If you order several Bukieboxes, please treat each Bukiebox as a separate product. It will not be possible to mix returns of different boxes.
You are responsible for sending back the Bukiebox or Bukieboxes to us without defect. We therefore recommend using registered mail. Once we have received the box, we will process your refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the returned good is defect.
What to do if you have a defect item in one of your Bukieboxes, but would like to keep the rest of the goods?
Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 5 days after receiving your order at contact@bukiebox.com in order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund of the damaged item. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request.
Once you hear back from us, follow the instructions that come with the box and from us. You will then receive an exchange or a refund of the defect item.
How do I return my box/defect item back to Bukiebox?
This is how you return:
- Please return your products accompanied by the return form you received with your package. Make sure to fill in the entire form and the code that best explains the reason for your return or exchange.
- Place the return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging and with the original hangtags.
- In case you are not in the possession of the document anymore, contact us at contact@bukiebox.com and we will send it by e-mail again.
- Attach the address label to your parcel and use any of your preferred shipping methods. Return shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.
Bukiebox cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in return transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

Refunds and exchanges:
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.
Exception in case of damaged/defect goods: In case you need to return to us a defect item, either a refund or exchange is possible. You may choose which you prefer. If we do not have the goods in stock, we will refund you.
